Paul presents his life for examination in scripture, helping us to understand not only the lesson but the trustworthyness of Paul himself.
THE LESSON
When Paul says that he has "learned to do all things through Christ who strengthens him", this is the lesson of his life, not a stand alone mantra.
THE SKILLS
Walk through Philippeans 4 and learn the skills that Paul used to remain calm in all situationsions.
APPLICATION
Apply this lesson in class through an exercise that you can use at home, using the steps we learn from Paul.
